Wastewater Sparrow ID help


This sparrow was near the Administration feeder. Need some I.D. help. I thought maybe a white-crowned but the dark bill ruined that.

    It looks like a male House Sparrow, Don. Dunno where he got the white eye-line. Anyone else ever see one like this?
