Bald Eagle
Bald Eagle and Herring Gull
This Bald Eagle flew over the Muskegon Channel and really had the gulls upset. They were diving and calling at the eagle. This Herring Gull looks like it wanted to land on the eagle's wing.

Prize-winning shot, Charlie! Maybe something was in the wind yesterday regarding these species. On a neighborhood walk I watched an adult Bald Eagle and a gull spiral up a thermal together, but the gull always stayed higher than the eagle and on the opposite side of the circle. Your gull looks downright aggressive!
