Dark-billed Swans and Snow Goose at WW
October 25 Email:
I spotted either a pair of tundra or trumpeter swans in the westlagoon just west of the central dike road along with a snow goose justeast of the central dike road with a group of Canada geese.

In my reply to Casey I mentioned some reasons why I thought Tundra rather than Trumpeter (more likely, especially this time of year, curvy rather than straight line where beak meets feathers at side of face and possibly even a little yellow on the bill in front of the eye). But I certainly don't know and would appreciate comments from others, especially if they go out and see those birds. Thanks!
