Charlie, I'm sure you would have mentioned a band if you'd seen one. I always wonder if those young birds are kids from the Cobb Plant or birds from farther away.
Ric, the Peregrine did have a band but I was unable to get a good look at it. It was real dark that day and the band appeared to be dark green.Charlie DeWitt
