Nice shot, Charlie. Along Slocum Road in the NNE sector of the count yesterday, Jim Zervos and I saw an unmixed flock of 30-40 Lapland Longspurs (no Snow Buntings, no Horned Larks). I've not birded for those kinds of birds that often, but I've seldom seen any longspurs and then always just a few among buntings and/or larks, so I was really happy to see that many longspurs! As you know, we also saw a Common Raven up near Bridgeton and thought we'd trumped you guys only to find out that your brother Feller also had a raven in his sector NW of the main WW properties.
