This morning Feller and I found this Northern Shrike in the RI cells. We also had seven Wilson's Snipe and two Green-winged Teal. The creek that runs along the north side of White Road between Maple Island and the headquarters building had a lot of ducks in it. You have to get out of the car and walk up to the edge, but it is worth it.
