2 Good Gulls, Shrike, Meadowlark, Etc. at Wastewater - Caleb Putnam

"I birded the wastewater today with my daughter Ava and my wife's 6th grade student (and bird-obsessed soon-to-be expert) Marcellus Hare. Here are our highlights:

Lesser Black-backed Gull- 1 adult
Glaucous Gull- 2 adults
Northern Shrike- 1
Eastern Meadowlark- 6

Waterfowl were concentrated on s. Swanson Rd in the flooded field, with first of year Pintail and Redhead. The shrike was present at the west end of Laketon Ave. Photos of many of these birds are attached.

Good birding."
