Not Much at Ovals - Saturday Morning

.
There were precious few birds at Pere Marquette Park this morning.  The Channel was 99% ice floes; a few ducks (mostly scaup) were swimming in the tiny bits of open water at the east end.  However, as I drove around the Oval I saw this adult Bald Eagle perched in a tree at the Coast Guard Station, so I tried to snap a photo comparable to those of our real photographers in several of the posts below.   ;-)

Wow Ric!
How lucky is that, To get an Bald Eagle in you're CAR picture! But if you're a "typical" Honda owner, you'll promptly crop out the Eagle so the CRV gets all the attention it deserves. :)
