This is a better picture of the Short-eared Owl (see Nov. 5 post below). Not the best but you can tell what it is. It showed up at the model airplane field at 5:27 p.m. today. There were also 3 Northern Harriers using the same field.

Nice find Charles,
I've seen an adult Bald Eagle out south of Laketon a few times in the past 2 weeks. Nice to see the "big stuff" returning little by little.
