Red-shouldered Hawk

.
.
Late this afternoon Carol and I went looking for the Golden Eagle at the Muskegon County Wastewater. No luck on the eagle, but we did find this Red-shouldered Hawk.  It was along the north side of White Road across from the Observatory.

Nice shot, Charlie. I got my first Red-shouldered in my neighborhood Friday morning over by Pine Park. After the Pintail and Roughlegs at WW with the group yesterday, I'm at 47. You must be in the 50's, but who's counting? ;-)

Not that you care, but my number is 67. Remember the only number that counts is the one on Dec. 31

67? You can't count trees, Charlie!
